Agree the project separately.
Scope, price, timing, taxes and payment terms are agreed in writing before work begins. Content responsibilities, review rounds, integrations and acceptance checks belong in that agreement.
Any domain, hosting, software or third-party costs will be identified in the quotation. Ongoing SEO, photography and custom integrations are scoped separately.
Delivery and follow-up.
An email-service acceptance confirms only that the service accepted the request for delivery. If receipt is uncertain, use the studio email with your reference and avoid duplicate submissions.

Ownership and ongoing care.
Account ownership, access, handover and after-launch responsibilities are settled in the written project scope. Existing accounts should be reviewed before replacements are purchased.
Website care is optional and separately quoted around the actual work needed. This notice does not create a maintenance subscription or an unlimited support arrangement.
