Who handles your enquiry
The Absurd Company operates this website. Send only the name, reply email and project information needed to assess your request. Please leave out passwords, payment details, confidential client records and sensitive personal information.
How your information is used
We use your details to assess your enquiry, reply and discuss a quotation or next steps. Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Retention and access
Our enquiry retention policy is 90 days after an enquiry is resolved. Unresolved enquiries are retained until they are resolved. Access is limited to the people and service providers needed to handle the enquiry. Project, contractual and accounting records may need separate handling when work is agreed.
Questions and your choices
Contact hello@weareabsurd.co about your enquiry, access, correction or deletion. If delivery is unconfirmed, keep your reference and contact the studio rather than repeatedly submitting the same details. You can use direct email when the website form is unavailable.
Optional analytics. Your choice.
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you accept analytics. It measures page visits and enquiries accepted by the website. We exclude names, email addresses, enquiry messages, enquiry references and raw URL query strings from these events. Google processes technical connection information to provide Analytics. Analytics cookies last up to 30 days; your choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics choices to withdraw. Rejecting analytics does not prevent enquiries. Enquiry acceptance does not prove inbox delivery, qualification or agreed work.
